Manisa Sultaniye grapes are valued for their light colour, delicate sweetness and naturally seedless character. They are dried using entirely natural and hygienic methods, preserving their concentrated flavour and nutritional value.

One of the Aegean Region’s best-known geographically indicated foods. Aydın figs develop their honeyed sweetness in the region’s hot, dry summers and fertile soils, then undergo careful natural and hygienic drying.

Harvested from a special stone pine variety native to the region, Aydın pine nuts are a rare and highly valued ingredient. Their creamy texture and subtle resinous sweetness suit both traditional Aegean recipes and contemporary cuisine.
